“My 15 year old has been a client for over 2 years now and I can see a tremendous improvement in how they handle their anxiety and depression and cope with day to day life. Where there was once a major issue with school attendance and overall social anxiety, there is now a re-emergence of self-confidence thanks one-on-one therapy sessions and the weekly adolescent class. I am very grateful for this practice for helping my child address and cope with their mental health issues. I would highly recommend their services.”
